seamless water and electricity supply in the locality and there is no dearth of transportation. many market are there and all basic amenities are available. the local grocery stores suffice all needs of the residents.

schools and colleges are all nearby. area is close to bus station and railway station and the main roads. area is very well connected to the other parts of the city and has sound infrastructure.
