Good place for living with family and individual. Well connected to major areas like Vishal Nagar,Warji and sinhagad road by good public transportation. Easy access to airports and railway stations of Pune from here. Well maintained roads and infrastructure with good planned neighbourhood. generally area is secured with low crime incidents rates. Nearby good schools and well medical facilities available. Various options for shopping in Vishal market, singhada road shopping centres and DMart in near by areas. Affordable for housing options and good potential of investment option. Presence of green area for relaxations and extra activity like walking. read more

Traffic congestion maybe problem but it manageable. Nehru Street make difficulty in parking. In vacationl days market are overcrowded. Limited shops and entertainment option on walkable distance . Irregular garbage collection system may cause disposal issues. read more

It is very obvious thing to face the water scarcity. But the drinking water is available in plenty due to the establishment of the RO water plants in our locality. read more

I've lived here before, the ambience is great and specious rooma and swimming pool and gym attached, people there are great and supportive , security is well, and I used to live on 11th floor , view is mesmerizing read more
