parking good space is there and big swimming is there. there is excellent power backup during power cuts. building is made on strong pillars and walls. read more
there is nothing to dislike about this place as patrolling is been done 5 times in a week. just one problem is very crowded place read more

The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, cricket ground, indoor games with board games, table tennis, gym here. Some additional amenities such Provision for cafeteria at clubhouse Lobby, Health Club with Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna, Unisex Salon, and a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities. read more

Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. read more

Bangalore is the breeding ground for most well-known IT hubs as well. Also this place has a good connection with roads and highways which seems much beneficial to me. My father is an employee of an IT hub which is just a few km distance from the place. The railway station is about few minutes reaching distance from my future home.
