Inside, the kids' play area is spacious. Nearby schools are within 400 meters from the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained within the society.
Facilities such as grocery shops and markets are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, and the electricity bill is high. The parking area within the society is not spacious enough. The association's management is lacking, with ineffective rules and poor enforcement. There are issues with seepage in the basement parking area. The maintenance of the lift is inadequate, and it is too small for the needs of the society.

Although there is a grocery shop within the society, their delivery service extends only to outside the premises, and their behavior towards residents can sometimes be perceived as rude.

In my society, parking congestion is severe, road conditions are very poor, and road cleaning is substandard. Lift maintenance is inadequate, leading to frequent breakdowns. These issues collectively impact maintenance standards and resident comfort.
