Lots of green spaces in a serene locality with no water shortage. GHMC park situated just opp the property. Low air and noise pollution. No water shortage - Both Manjeera and Borewell water available. Gym and Yoga centres in walking distance. Local markets and super markets available within 2 km distance. House help available easily. All major service providers like Swiggy, Zomato, Urban Company, Big Basket, Amazon, Flipkart service this locality. Frequent Police patrols at nght. read more

No public transport like buses accessible nearby. Water logging during heavy rainfall...however a new pipeline for sewage has been laid a few months back and that has helped improve the water logging situation. read more

A lot of greenery and it is a very good place. It has all amenities, and it has developed really quickly. However, there are no street lights in a lot of areas, and traffic management in some areas could be better.

The environment here is good; we can get almost everything nearby. Has all civic amenities, and it is rapidly developing further. However, the roads are not that good here, and there is no metro connectivity either.
