The society ensures excellent maintenance with working lifts, regular cleaning, and prompt garbage collection. Construction quality is top-notch with good ventilation and ample sunlight. Amenities like a children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park are available. The neighborhood is friendly with minimal noise issues and good interaction among residents. read more

Connectivity is limited with no auto or cab services and no nearby metro. Metro is 12 km away from the society . There are traffic issues affecting accessibility. The quality of road maintenance needs improvement. There was leakage but that was solved by the maintenance team later read more

There are no issues with leakage or seepage within the society. There is plenty of greenery, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Various festivals are celebrated, and cleanliness is upheld. The lifts are also well-maintained, and the residents are cooperative. read more
