Good things here

I like the location. the spacious environment . Hospital near by . Easily accessible to school, restaurant, gym everything. locality is safe for single parenting also. Transportation facility is very good easily accessible to auto rickshaw, cabs etc . It is near to pune international airport. read more

Good things here

have seen that chattarpur is the most safest locality in New Delhi. It is safe even in night and the electricity charges are also moderate without power cuts The quality of roads are very good without any traffic in the locality. Even the cabs are also easily available. read more

I have faced a little bit high water shortage in the locality. This is faced specially during summer when the water does not come from supply. read more

Its a posh residential locality in Baner,pune,offers serene friendly neighbours,and excellent connectivity.The area is clean,with minimal power cuts and reasonable electricity charges.Residents have access to top notch schools and hospitals with walking distance.Shops and markets are also nearby,and cabs and autos are easily available.The well maintained bungalows and green spaces create a pleasant environment here,while the same atmosphere and convenient public transport make it a peaceful and relaxing place to live. read more

Residents face minimal power cuts,limited grean spaces and parks.Traffic is heavy during peak hours,and frequent water shortage disrupt daily life.Nearby construction causes significant dust and noise pollution.The lack of metro connectivity makes commuting difficult.Additionally,parking is a hassle,pollution levels are high,and police patrolling is inadequate. read more

About Developer

Raichandanis believes in nurturing relationships to build a future based on character and faith, leaving a legacy of trust and congruence for future generations. In 1977, Mr. Doulataram Raichandani moved from Nizamabad to Hyderabad, where he started a wholesale business of handloom wear operated on a bicycle. In 1984, Mr. Prakash and Mr. Deepak Raichandani worked in a private firm in Dubai for several years. In 1987, Mr. Rajkumar Raichandani established a new venture, Prakash Enterprises, in Tumkur, Karnataka. After three years of operation, they opened three retail stores in Veena Bazaar, Hyderabad, each measuring 500 sq. ft. In 1994, they introduced denim and jeans fabrics in the textile industry, successfully gathering 800 customers in Andhra Pradesh. In 1998, Raichandanis opened their first retail shop on Subhash Road, covering an area of 5000 sq. ft. After its success, they purchased their first property in 2004, measuring 15000 sq. ft. From then on, they set up multiple shops every 2-4 years, becoming regular walk-in brands for families. With the involvement of Mr. Anil and Mr. Sunil Raichandani, the textile business saw new heights every day. While the textile business prospered, Raichandanis established a real estate business with a partnership firm in 2006. They accomplished many successful projects in partnership until 2011. Starting from Hyderabad, Raichandani Group paved its way into the construction arena. They became an established name by developing qualitative and strenuous residential and commercial complexes, and made it to the list of top construction developers in the city. With the values being passed on to the second generation, Raichandanis expanded their business to Pune, Bhopal, Goa, and Indore. In 2017, they further expanded their avenues to Pune and Goa from Hyderabad. Since then, Raichandanis have been creating exquisite landmarks in cities like Goa, Indore, Bhopal, Karimnagar, and Pune, with many more to come. It gives immense pride to state that Raichandanis have completed the constructions sizing over 4 million square feet till the date.
