Many IT parks are very close to this locality like Viman Nagar IT Park, Kharadi IT zone. Lohegaon doesn’t face any load sheading since a long time. Phoenix Market City is at a walking distance from the locality and is the preferred shopping zone for all the local people. There is no water scarcity in this region.
