Good things here

This party excellent, situated near Palm Beach Road, boasting a pristine environment, expensive local streets and well connected network. It is considered one of the top places to reside, with the nearby SGC mall and Demart providing easy access to all amenities. The area is well it clean, and the free from water or electricity problems. It's also felt ,it is safe at night. read more

Things need improvement

While the majority of residents are friendly, there are few who lack a sense of community. The road can get crowded during peak hours, but it is manageable. Summer is hot and the cost of living is quite steep, making it a high end area. Sometimes parking aside the road is struggle for other vehicles. Traffic is congested during peak hours is a concern for professionals who getting along in the mornings and evenings. read more

Good things here

Very nice and like minded neighbours with we are staying for last 20+ years now. Society environment is quite a d calm, while mutual relationships are grown for years now. Only one unit of 1BHK and 2BHK sold in last 20 years shows that people are happily living here together. There is nothing that is not accessible around this property hence very convenient to live here. Seawoods Railway Station is just bang opposite to this building. Top Schhols are in radius of 500 meters to 2 kms (My kids studied in DPS), Apollo hospital is just 1 km away, Terna Sahyadri & D Y Patil Hospital is just 2 kms away, Seawoods Nexus (Grand Central) Mall just 100 meter sway, 3 Dmarts are close to 1-3 kms range, proposed Navi Mumbai Airport is just 5 kms away, Atal Setu MTHL is just 10 mins drive, Sion- Panvel and Palm Beach Road is just 2 kms drive, I commute daily to Nariman Point for office in 44 mins, read more

This is a nice area with many facilities available in this area itself. Local transport and cabs are easily accessible from this area. Local markets are also located nearby this area. read more

Two thing that I dislike about this area are that there are pits of garbage in the area. One more problem is that good schoolsand hospitals are far away located. read more
