There are plenty of stores nearby. The environment is clean. Buses and other forms of transportation are widely available. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away, which is quite convenient for working professionals.

Convenient access to cabs and good public transportation. No neighbouring traffic congestion and well-maintained roads. Pollution levels are low. The bus stop, which allows us to travel anywhere for a reasonable price, is one positive.
