Good things here
It is well located normal apartment where you can't expect lots of amenities but, you can quickly access everything which you need. If you want any grocery, You can purchase from the Reliance super market next to the apartment. You can get wide variety of options for having quick snacks and meals etc., Overall it is a great place to live.

Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Moderate maintenance charges
Things need improvement
No major amenities. Even though it is great place to live., If you want fancy amenities like swimming pool, badminton court etc., You should find different apartment only.
