Roadpali,kalamboli has seen considerable growth. Property prices and rental rates in roadpali are relatively lower,making it a cost effective choice for families and individuals.The growing community in roadpali has fostered a sense of camaraderie among residents. The local markets, eateries and recreational spots have become social hubs, creating a vibrant and engaging environment. read more

Things need improvement

The development phase seems to be prolonged, causing periodic inconvenience. Public transportation is another area where roadpali falls short. While there are options available,the frequency and efficiency of public transport can be lacking. This often results in longer travel times and overcrowded buses or trains, making commuting a less pleasant experience. read more

Kalamboli is one of the key areas in Navi Mumbai, lying within the Raigad District in Maharashtra. It lies at the Panvel and Sion Highway junction where it is intersected by the Panvel Bypass, National Highway 48 and the National Highway 66 along with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. It is one of the biggest hubs for manufacturing of steel and iron in the country. The total area of the locality is 7.83 square kilometres. There is an elevation of 15 metres while the Panvel Municipal Corporation is the governing entity for the locality. The coordinates are 19.0328° N, 73.1012° E. Kalamboli is known for housing the Navi Mumbai Police Headquarters along with the CIDCO Sewage Water Treatment Plant. It is also home to the biggest marble market in the region.
