The people in the society are very friendly , providing you a familiar environment to live in there . All the amenities are available and all are in working condition .

The connectivity of the society is not that good . Its not well connected for both private and public transport . You sometimes have to travel long for some basic essential to reach the city

The connectivity in GurgaonOne society is great! You've got malls, hospitals, and markets all within easy reach. And let me tell you, the maintenance is top-notch too. They keep everything in tip-top shape with regular upkeep, and the maintenance charges are totally reasonable.

In GurgaonOne society, the construction quality is subpar, evidenced by issues like seepage and cracks in walls. Additionally, the limited and poorly maintained amenities fail to meet residents' expectations.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues and proper ventilation. Modern amenities like the gym, garden, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Connectivity is generally good, with cabs readily available, and the roads are in good condition. There is a small market nearby, and each resident has designated parking. The water supply is reliable, and the neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, security guards are available, and garbage collection is regular.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, residents face difficulties in getting autos, and there is no bus connectivity, which can be inconvenient for those relying on public transport. There are also occasional seepage issues that require attention. Installing a gas pipe would significantly improve living conditions. Additionally, the area is somewhat on the outskirts, which might be less convenient for those who prefer a more central location.

It's just a really welcoming space for everyone.

Moreover, the poor availability of public transport in the area caused inconvenience for those reliant on it for daily commuting. These factors detracted from an otherwise pleasant living experience.
