Badlapur station is on the same road just 800 mts away. The society is just 5 kms away from Matheran (hill station). The Badlapur area is getting a lot of interest from other big developers as well as the local developers for high rise buildings. Godrej was just the first one to create a 19 floor towers in the area that used to have 7 floor towers. This will eventually make Badlapur the next Powai or Thane in terms of price escalation. The drawback right now is that offices have still not come to Badlapur and people need to travel. During the rains, the roads get filled with water at many places. At night, the street lights do not work properly at many places. The market is at a long distance from here, due to which we have to go by vehicle. read more
