Traffic noise can also be bothersome, especially during peak hours, resulting in morning and evening traffic jams. Additionally, during heavy rainfall, waterlogging becomes a problem, particularly at certain intersections. read more

The security system was reliable, with guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance throughout the area. Good things here
Autos and buses are easily available near the society, and there are no traffic issues. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The society has a garden, and the residents are decent. Water is available 24/7, and cleanliness is maintained. There is enough parking for everyone. read more

Good things here
The neighbors are nice, friendly, and humble. There's a CCTV camera and a 24/7 security guard, which makes me feel safe. Public transport is easily available, and the garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. read more

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Everything is well-placed. The only thing I miss is a nice swimming pool. Although it is in the development phase, it is not available right now. Overall, it's a great place to live, with just a minor longing for the swimming pool to be completed. read more
