Good things here

Amrut nagar has become a place that feels like home, largely may be because of its silent environment. The standout positives of living here is the greenery that surrounds the area. The area has also seen some infrastructural developments over the years, with improved roads and better public amenities which have enhanced the overall living experience. read more

Things need improvement

The road may sometimes get jammed which turns commutes into long,tiresome journeys. This thing has only worsened over time as more people move into the area. Particularly at night, noise pollution can be an issue due to its proximity to major famous roads when the sound of traffic and honking can disrupt the quietness of this area for the residents peacefully living. read more

The locality is known for its clean streets and the orderliness that permeates the area. This is a neighbourhood where you can still hear birds chirping in the morning, and evening walks are a regular delight, thanks to the greenery that's been preserved despite urbanization. read more

The place's concern is the rising cost of real estate in the area, as garodia nagar has gained popularity, property prices have surged, making it increasingly difficult for new buyers or renters to find affordable options. Parking is another challenge that has worsened over time, while the streets are well maintained,the limited parking spaces means that finding a spot in the evening can be a quiet frustrating. read more
