Good things here
Both parking and the presence of street dogs are nonexistent in the community. The clubhouse, garden, parks, gym and pool are all available, and the lifts are in good operating order. You don't have to travel far because auto rickshaws, buses, and metro are all close by. Also nearby are shopping centres, medical facilities, hospitals, and educational institutions. read more

The area's general quality of life and convenience are impacted by this lack of amenities. Essential amenities including a gym, pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are absent from the community. These recreational and exercise amenities are not available to residents. read more

The connectivity is good, making it easy to travel and access amenities. Cleanliness is well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment. There have been no issues with leakage, seepage, or termites, which is reassuring. The people in the community are cooperative and friendly. read more

I found the lack of a gym, pool, and clubhouse disappointing, especially since other aspects of living here were satisfactory. These amenities are often considered essential for a well-rounded living experience and their absence detracted from the overall appeal of the community. read more

Good things here
Good security and parking facilities. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. read more

Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are not available in the society. I am completely satisfied with my society, i have no issues at all. I am having a comfortable stay here. read more

There is a good park nearby, so during weekends, I rest while the children enjoy playing. They have a great time. The location is convenient with a supermarket, grocery stores, and clinics within 1 km, and schools within 2 km. There are street lights for safety, ample parking space, and the rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The community comprises well-educated people who respect personal privacy. Maintenance is excellent with daily cleaning and proper garbage collection. The lift functions smoothly. read more
