Good things here
There are plenty of excellent transportation choices in the neighborhood, including nearby train stations, easily accessible bus around 200-meter distance, dependable taxi services, metro connections, and a large number of auto rickshaws. Frequent cleanings, efficient trash collection, and clean elevators all contribute to the meticulous upkeep. There are relatively few issues, such as leaks, seepage, and cracks, and each room has enough natural light and ventilation because of the superb construction. The neighborhood offers an abundance of amenities, making it an excellent area to live comfortably. These include lush gardens, cool swimming pools, kid-friendly play areas, fitness centers, calm parks, and an abundance of vegetation. The neighbors make excellent neighbors since they are helpful and kind.
Things need improvement
The availability of water is the sole problem. There is no need for any additional updates. The facilities offered by the organization are more than adequate.

There is designated parking for residents, regular garbage collection, and a reliable electricity supply. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, play area, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and there are no issues with pets. The elevator works properly, and a security guard is always available.

I find it convenient living in Gagan Cefiro. There are many good hospitals nearby to meet the medical and emergency needs of the residents. Furthermore, the streets are well-maintained but pollution remains a major problem.

I am satisfied with Gagan Cefiro. The building is close to important employment hubs like Hadaspar, Shivaji Nagar, Fursungi, Kharadi and so on. Industrial hubs are nearby as well. However, waterlogging is a common problem.

I bought an apartment in Gagan Cefiro a few months back, and overall, I am happy. It comes with a range of facilities such as a swimming pool, aerobics centre, football, shopping centre, etc.

I rented a 1BHK apartment in Gagan Cefiro, it only has enough space for a singleton with 351 sq.ft. area. However, the building is strategically located and NH-65 connects the locality to important roads.
