The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society.
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society.
Society is on the highway, so everything is available nearby.
The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained.
Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time.
The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society.
Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Basket ball court is also available.
People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more

Auto easily mil jata hai. Society clean bohot hai, lekin greenery bohot kaharab kardi hai. Market area nearby hai lekin metro connectivity bohot poor hai. 4-5 km door hai metro station. Pehle Electricity aur maintenance bill kam tha lekin ab pichle 2 mahine se bill jyada aane laga hai. Jitna jyada ye charge kar rahe hain utna kaam mtoh ye karte nahi. Seelan aur seepage ki dikkat bhi ho rahi hai kuch flats mai toh. Time jyada ho gaya hai toh ab pipes leak karne lage hain. Thoda sa security ka issue hai, purana guards ka supervisor corrupt tha aur kaam nahi karta tha toh usse nikal diya hai aur ab naya supervisor aaya tha toh ab dekhte hain.
