Good things here

Easy cab services like ola and Uber are operated throughout the area good public transport services like city bus by municipal corporation is operated. No traffic jams nearby the area. Metro connectivity to this area is good. The area has a specious playground for children. There are many temples around the area. The park in the area is kept clean by local workers. read more

Things need improvement

Poor road conditions with no street lights available in the night. Markets are for away from the area with a very few grocery shops in the area which close early in the night. There is no school nearby the society. Very few amount of green belt is provided to the society. The area is not kept clean by local workers and garbage collection truck is not frequently visited to the area. The area has not police station. read more

Good things here

This Baramati locality is the safest locality In whole Pune. Even not a single time the electricity goes here. There are great schools and hospitals nearby. The society is even safe during night and it is well maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Only one problem is there that the locality doesnot have a good mall nearby. Around 2-3 malls are present but not fully maintained. read more

I have had a wonderful experience living in Baramati as a local. The city boasts excellent work-life balance and is well connected to other areas of Pune. With friendly staff and first-rate amenities, Baramati Stays is an excellent place to stay. The Baramati Club is a fantastic location to go if you want to eat well and drink well. Overall, if you want to live a tranquil and fulfilling life, I heartily recommend moving to Baramati. read more

I just travelled to Baramati and had a wonderful time. The city is full of amenities and offers a welcoming community and calm vibe. I enjoyed my stay at Baramati Stays because of the friendly personnel and excellent amenities. Additionally, I went to the farm science centre Krishi Vigyan Kendra Baramati, which was an interesting and instructive experience. Overall, if you want to have a relaxing and fun trip, I definitely suggest going to Baramati. read more

In India's Maharashtra state is the city of Baramati. The Baramati area is away from the metro city but there are enough options for travelling from and to here. The area is quite peaceful and the apartments are newly built. We bought an apartment here due to the lower prices.

Baramati is a leading city and municipal council within the Pune District of Maharashtra. It is located at coordinates of 18.15°N 74.58°E and lies at an elevation of 538 meters. The governing authority is the Baramati Municipal Council. The population of the area was 54,415 people back in 2011. The languages spoken here include Marathi and Hindi. Some of the famous tourist landmarks here include the Shri Mayureshwar Mandir and the Bhigwan Bird Sanctuary. You can also visit the Janvastu Sangrahalaya or Museum in the area. Infrastructure and Details There are several industries and manufacturing clusters in Baramati. You will find several foreign companies including Dynamix Dairy, Piaggio, Ferrero and more. The Kalyani Steels unit is the oldest within the MIDC here. Main industries include agriculture, steel processing, wine production and many others. There is an airstrip near the MIDC in Baramati. It lies 100 km away from Pune via road. It also links to several highways. The Daund Junction railway station is the main connectivity lifeline in the area. The Baramati Airport has two flying schools presently.
