The fact that NH-8 is nearby is a plus. Bestech SPA and DLF Ultima are two further amazing communities that surround Bestech Ananda. The major road in front of Bestech Society has to be fixed; it is the only upgrade needed.

In 5 kilometres are a retail centre, banks, a hospital, and schools. If you have a solid security system, you can leave at night. There are both public and private transportation options in Sector 81. Early taxi service is provided. Within 5 kilometres are PVR and Inox. There are also snacks from the street.
