This colony is situated in shivaji nagar and it is centrally located various parts of pune. This colony is well served by public transport, including buses and metro with several stops nearby. There is easy to access reputed schools and hospitals. There is availability of parks, gyms and sports facilities for a healthy lifestyle. There is low crime rates reported due to number of CCTV cameras. read more

It is centrally located, and heavy traffic can occur during peak hours. Due to high density population, there is frequent parking issues. Noise pollution experience due to dense population in some areas. There is frequent power outages and voltage issue during summer months. read more

Metro station facilities nearby here. Good public vehicles buses auto rickshaw available. chitranjan vatika, the pavillion mall, Fergusson colleges located nearby. Groceries stores and shopping palace available. Water supplies regularly. read more

Required good playgrounds and tennis courts. No public toilet facilities nearby here. Garbage spreads around the streets corner and besides the roads. No green parks and entertainment zone for kids. read more

Shivaji Nagar of Pune is well known for it's busy area. It has many colleges like one of the oldest Colleges of India College of Engineering and College of Agriculture. read more

Traffic management should be done in this area. During working hours this area faces traffic issues because of working peoples and students. read more

Good things here

Location is in posh Model colony locality. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Near Firodia Garden. New building and unused flat with plenty of amenitites such as gated community, gym, swimming pool, children play area, garden, clubhouse etc. No water shortage as plemty of storage available, DC generator backup incase of power failure. read more

nothing to dislike as there is no water shortage, no electricity outage, very safe and quiet place so nothing to dislike. read more
