Good things here
The locality is well maintained without any pollution issues or electricity problems faced here. Local markets are very good and are built nearby. A good park is also present near to the locality. read more
Things need improvement
Very good locality with only one issue i.e. around 4 to 5 gang of street dog I have seen in the locality which may be harmful for children. So I recommend that children should go out under adult surveillance. read more

big balconys with proper navigation boards to located each tower and enough space for walking. property located prime location is also an advantage. read more

Close Proximity to Chrompet shopping areas, easy accessible to 200 ft radial road to reach OMR. Nearby hospitals and restaurants are in plenty. Very Near GST road and to Pallavaram railway station read more

The geographical coordinates of Pallavaram are 12.9675° N and 80.1491° E.The total area of the place is 18 km², with a population of 215,417; as per the 2011 Census.The place has mountains and forests as a landscape. The climate in Pallavaram has a wet season that is overcast and the dry season has winds blowingwith the sky partly cloudy.It is hot year-round.

It is under the Tambaram Municipal Corporation.Pallavaram has a history of being inhabited ever since the Paleolithic Age. The town gets its name from the Pallava settlement of Pallavapuram. The aerodrome and cantonment were established by the British. The British also started Charnockite mining activities on Pallavaram Hill.
The town has a cantonment and bustling residential colonies.There are Jewelry and clothing stores on the Indira Gandhi Road. The Santhai Friday Market has stalls that sell furniture& electrical goods. ThePallavaram railway station of the Chenna- Suburban Railway Network connects this place.
