The roads are well-maintained, and garbage is collected regularly with proper segregation. Elevators are installed, and the construction quality is good, with no termite issues and proper ventilation. The plaster and fittings are of high quality, and modern amenities like the gym, park, play area for kids, garden and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and CCTV cameras provide some security. read more

The society faces seepage issues, which can affect the integrity of the buildings and the comfort of residents. Additionally, the security measures are not as robust as they could be, making residents feel less secure despite the presence of CCTV cameras. Enhancing the security with more guards or advanced systems would significantly improve the overall sense of safety. read more
