It is situated near the IT hubs and has well access to educational institutes, healthcare facilities , shopping centres within the town. There are frequent traffic jams during peak hours due to its proximity to IT parks. Rapid development lead to noise and dust affecting the standard of living. It has a poor public transport which is not extensive as in central Pune. This area has higher property prices compared to surrounding areas which doesn't suit all budgets.
