Good things here

The area boasts a lively community. The benefits include and abundance of amenities, and it's prime location is unmatched, providing direct access to both South Mumbai and the Western suburbs through the Bandra Worli Sea link. The area is close to top-rated schools and medical facilities, with the market just a short to walk away. Lights are placed at every intersection, and the area is under 24/7 police surveillance. read more

Things need improvement

Navigating through traffic can be a challenge especially in the peak hours. The parking is also be a challenge, limited parking space at most of the shops is a downfall. The ongoing construction can be loud and bothersome, and the growing population density at times can feel overwhelming. The road condition in some parts are not great, there are some potholes. read more

The designs of the houses here are good. This area is very well maintained.Electricity supply is good. There is no problem of water shortage.There are good parks nearby with lots of greenery. There is a supermarket nearby and a grocery store also nearby. Online food and grocery service is also available. Bus stand is nearby. Taxi, auto, rickshaw are easily available. Road quality is also good. public transportation facilities available. Medical facilities are good and hospital is also nearby. Good schools are also nearby. read more

In many places street lights do not work at night. Traffic jams also occur in the morning and evening.Cleanliness of the road is not taken care of. Electricity is cut off during rains. read more
