The brokers are highly discriminatory and very very rude. Would not recommend going through them at all. Had just one phone call with them and they sent us a list of the 'type of people' they won't work with. Truly awful people.

Own borewell with good water and association water available. Connect your own UPS at the provided plug points for the full house. Very calm neighborhood and helpful neighbors. Pet friendly. Excellent residents welfare association who maintain the area very clean with garbage pick up and regular cleaning. Vegetable and fruit vendors visit daily. read more

Need to walk about 100 meters to reach the main road. Very safe area and cabs often arrive early. Need to pay for garbage pickup. read more
