The area around Pratap Vihar is good and developed though it is slowly becoming overcrowded these days. The area has good schools, markets and hospitals. The livability is fair and there is a problem of high air pollution in the locality.

Pratap Vihar has a good mix of different types of apartments and residential homes. Infrastructure is good though there are issues of pollution and poor hygiene. Livability is good and public transport facilities are good.Still a good option to consider.
