Good things here
Getting around is a breeze with cabs and autos readily available within the society. The management team does an excellent job keeping things running smoothly. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are all well-maintained and offer great recreational options. Plus, we never have to worry about power outages thanks to the backup system. The garbage collection service is exceptional, with daily pickups at a set time. Parking is ample, making it easy for residents and visitors alike. The community spirit is strong, with everyone pitching in, making celebrations for festivals like New Year, Diwali, and Christmas truly special.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the water facility here leaves much to be desired, as the water in the tanks is notably hard. Additionally, the lack of a visitors' parking area can be quite inconvenient. Moreover, the maintenance charges are quite steep, adding to the financial burden for residents.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Security is also very good in the society; there are many CCTV cameras installed and a main gate, so unknown people won't enter the society easily. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of lifts is very poor in the society; it always requires repairs. Construction quality is also very poor in the society. There are some leaks in the walls and seepage issues, especially in bathrooms. Even the flushes are not working properly in some flats. There is no visitor parking area in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available, but maintenance is not good in the society.

Good things here
In our neighborhood, getting around is a breeze with plenty of cabs and autos nearby. Plus, we're really lucky to have reliable water facilities. There's a strong sense of community here, which I love. And when it comes to maintenance, they're on top of it - lifts are always in good shape, and if there's ever an issue, it gets fixed right away. Power backup is a relief during outages, and garbage collection is super consistent. Inside our flat, ventilation is excellent, and the amenities like the swimming pool and gym are top-notch. Clubhouses, Spacious and inviting. Overall, it's a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the construction quality in our society leaves much to be desired, with seepage problems in the bathrooms and wall leaks being common issues. Plus, pollution around the area is definitely a downside. Another inconvenience is the distance to schools, which can be quite far from the society.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available within the society if we book through Ola and Uber. People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable. The greenery of the society creates a peaceful and decent environment. The cleanliness of the society is very good and hygienic. Water facilities are excellent, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect and segregate waste at a particular time. We can celebrate festivals like a family in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor here; there are some external cracks on the walls in the society. Public transportation, like the bus stand, is available around 2 kilometers from the society. Maintenance charges are expensive. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available in the society, but their maintenance is not up to par.

Conveniently located near buses, malls, schools, and hospitals. Residents in the society faced a two-day water supply issue, highlighting the need for improved infrastructure and management to ensure consistent and reliable access to water.

The location is superb, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and schools. The society's maintenance is excellent, although there are occasional issues with water, power, and garbage collection. The construction quality is outstanding.the surronding people are very helpful

Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and children's play areas are not available in the vicinity.

In the past, waterlogging was not an issue, but recently, especially during the rainy season, it has become problematic. This highlights the necessity for drainage improvements to effectively mitigate the issue and ensure a smoother living environment for residents.
