this is a scam. the society is under construction, there is not a single tenant. before you go to see the flat, the owner will ask you for a 2000 deposit. Its a safe area with good transport facility, market and pharmacy nearby within 2 mins walking distance. Its great here, good locality, safe and secured place. Proximity to Hospitals, metro-rail, shopping mall, schools, parks, market area, garia railway station. read more

Garia station area is very beautiful except during monsoon season, this area becomes like a river, the water gets stagnant for many days and the condition is very pathetic. read more

There is the Garia Main Road, from where vehicles are easily available. Autos and buses are very abundant in the area. There are two petrol pumps just on the opposite of the road. Kavi Najrul Metro station is at a walking distance. Hospitals, shopping stores, and other facilities are within 1-2 kilometers. read more
