Good things here
best locality within sector 150. I feel the best in this society and it is safe for my kids and wife also.. The society is even safe in night also. The society is well maintained and is cleaned most of the time. The society is also built with good standard materials.There is no power cut in this society and if faced even once in 2-3 months.
Things need improvement
I haven't faced any issue here. I have seen many sector's localities and it is the best society to live safely with the family.

The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. I will play basketball everyday here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities.

The project is registered by RERA and home loans are available. For that, this opportunity is hugely profitable to everyone. The developers deliver us the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary designs till now. They will provide the fastest elevator services and major security employment. The employees are so generous and helpful. I think it will give a perfect home like feeling to me. The location is so calm and that's why I can easily continue my studies as well.

This place is very low population density area and I feel a bit concerned about the safety and security of this place. The IGI Airport is so much far from this place , it is about 50 km away from my future home. Pari Chowk is the only place where public transports are available and it is located minimum at 8 km away. Nearest railway station also located at 35 km away which is hugely disappointing.

The place is well-connected to Noida-Greater Noida, FNG and Yamuna Expressways as well. NMRC feeder buses are available at this place and it will be highly useful for me. Some popular shopping malls like City Mall, MSX Mall and Ansal Mall and shops for daily essentials are so close to this location. Mangalam World, JP International, Greater Valley and Apeejay International School are some popular schools are at very few distance. That's why I will easily reach to my school Apeejay International School also.

Sqmridhi Luxuriya Avenue could therefore be said one of the reasonable accomplishments I have ever known. This place is positioned in Sector-150 Noida. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and infrastructure at a very resonable price. I am planning to buy a 2bhk flat for myself at a very reasonable price. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.
