Good things here
This is the best locality here and I certainly liked it. There is no power cuts in this area and enough water is available. The quality of walls of houses are also of best quality and all the amenities are available in the locality. The maintainance charge is also worthed and the behaviour of all the people are also good. read more

The only problem in this locality is parking issue as sometimes the parking is filled completely and you will not not find any place to park your car read more

The society is fabulous!! the society is well maintained and disclaimed most of the time and you will not see any of the garbage in the locality. The societies build with a good standard materials and living in the society will be the good experience for you with your family kids and pets. fellow resident behaviour is also good and they will help you and support you in every way. I certainly feel safe and secure within the society in night I loved the living here. read more

the only thing the society is missing is that it does not have a metro station nearby. for metro station you need to cover such a long distance but this would be fulfilled by cabs and transports because they are easily available read more

The floor plan of ASV Jayantika enables the best utilization of the space. So, the homes are well constructed and maintenance is also periodically. Safety and security is the thing about which you do not have worry about as it is taken care well. Almost all major school, colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a but for grocery shopping but the positives of this place are more as compared to any small negative point and I would recommend this project for those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location. read more
