I find the security service annoying with two gates for entry, making it inconvenient to visit someone. Additionally, the location being on the outskirts makes it challenging to find public transport easily. The rent prices are relatively high, starting from 16. 5k for 2 BHK, which may not be affordable for all residents. Furthermore, the outside roads are dirty, impacting the overall appeal of the area. However, I'm not too thrilled about the maintenance charges�they seem a bit steep. Plus, there are quite a few frequent issues popping up, which end up costing even more.
