Rohini is a Prime residential area in north west Delhi and consists of 50 sectors. Rohini was the first locality selected by the Delhi Development authority (DDA) for allotment of affordable housing to the public. This area is well planned and each sector has its own Community centre, parks, gardens and neighbourhood shops and marts. Rohini is adjacent to the upmarket localities of Shalimar Bagh, Paschim Vihar, Budhpur, Punjabi Bagh, Pitampura and Karala. Rohini is also close to the industrial hub of Bahadurgarh and Nangloi. The area has excellent road and metro connectivity. The Red line metro begins from Rithala and has close access and changeover to green and blue lines from the nearby Ashok Nagar and Inderlok stations. 84% of all the property available in the Rohini area are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and builder floors. There are many prestigous builders in Rohini such as the Denim Homes, Sunehri Bagh Builders, the APP group and the Jaiveer group.
