I love it when people help each other, regardless of profession, and genuinely want to help. Great Place to live , the enviroment is very safe and secure , its very people friendly also.

The pavemnets at some parts outside the society are broken and Stary animals are moving freely in surroundings

Good things here
The swimming pool and clubhouse in the society are up to standard, and there's also a nice park. There are no issues with seepage or leakage. I don't know much about my neighbors because there hasn't been much interaction. The society's maintenance is of high quality, and they take care of all the services well.

I haven't faced any notable issues in my society, and I am content with everything as it is. There is nothing specific that stands out for me to highlight or bring attention to. Overall, my experience has been positive

Good things here
Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also good with no water supply or electricity supply issues. Garbage is removed. Elevators are installed and maintained. Security guards are present. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. There is a play area for children. Cultural events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not available nearby. Water logging issues exist on roads outside the society premises. Paintings and waterproofing are not done. Construction quality is also poor with seepage issues.

sabku6 bohot hi badiya hay yahape. facilities bohot badiya kam karti hay , jeseki swiming pool ,gym,club house ,play ground.
Things need improvement
public transport ka bohot jada problem hai kiunki ye society thoda andar ki taraf hay , isliye koibhi bus ya phir auto nhi milti hai.

I have a very good experience living in Vatika Gurgaon 21. There is a shopping centre and grocery shop within the community itself. We also have a sundeck and several sports facilities for the residents.

I have considered buying an apartment in Vatika Gurgaon 21 because it is spread across 20 acres with lush greenery and contemporary architecture. It is strategically connected to NH-8 offering good connectivity.

I have rented an apartment in Vatika Gurgaon 21, and there are 75% open spaces with beautiful landscaping. There are ample parking spaces on the surface and basement. A community retail area is also there.

Vatika Gurgaon 21 has excellent safety features for the residents. It is a gated community with 24/7 security, along with a security cabin. Furthermore, it is close to schools, hospitals, cinemas, and restaurants.

I am yet to work on the interior of my 2BHK flat which is spacious enough to work on. There is a good space for parking and also there are some rich amenities. So happy to find that metro station is close-by. Can travel anywhere without hassle. Safe area to explore with good power supply.
