Good things here

In our society, we have 8 security guards, CCTV cameras in every block, and nighttime patrols, making it a secure place to live. It's conveniently located 2 km from bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, with good road conditions and street lights. There's ample parking space and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and table tennis. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and garbage collection, reliable water, power, and well-functioning lifts. People are friendly and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

There are leakage issues on walls in our society, and without a personal vehicle, it's challenging to travel outside due to limited bus availability and connectivity. read more

Good things here

I used to stay there 2 years ago. The railway station was nearby, which made traveling convenient. There were no issues with maintenance, as everything was well taken care of. The construction was solid with no problems like seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites. The amenities were excellent, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, all in perfect condition. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe. read more

Things need improvement

One problem I faced was with cabs, as Ola and Uber did not get booked easily, especially during peak hours. This made commuting a bit challenging at times. Other than that everything is perfect. read more

Moreover, the residents are known for their friendliness and cooperation, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere. The parks within the society are well-maintained and offer pleasant recreational spaces. Additionally, cleanliness standards are commendable, contributing to a pleasant living environment. The absence of grocery shops and markets near the society poses a significant inconvenience for residents. Similarly, the unavailability of cabs within the society adds to transportation challenges. Additionally, essential amenities like a swimming pool are lacking, limiting recreational options for residents. The poor construction quality within the society is evident from numerous seepage issues, further exacerbating maintenance concerns. " read more
