It is a good project in Mumbai. I booked a 3BHK premium apartment and I faced a lot of issues. As the residential complex is in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during office hours. There is also not much parking space. We also faced problems with the water supply. The expense is also much higher in this area and the maintenance charges are too high. The premium project is good but I would suggest all to check before investing in this project. read more

It is a premium project in Mumbai which is nearing possession. I had booked a residential apartment and we will receive the project by this year itself.
