The roads are in good condition with functional street lights and ample parking space. Additionally, they segregate waste weekly and collect garbage daily. Amenities include indoor and outdoor games, table tennis, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children's play area, and a walking track.
Things need improvement
Due to the proximity of Mall of Asia, traffic issues occasionally arise in the user's community. This proximity can lead to congestion during peak hours and on weekends.

There is reliable water and power supply, functional lifts, and excellent construction quality featuring spacious, well-ventilated rooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues on the main road in our society, causing occasional congestion and delays, impacting the smooth flow of vehicles during peak hours.
