Good things here

This locality is well equipped with all the necessary facility like hospitals school colleges and restaurants are available at the distance of few metres. The area is also very good and transportation facilities are available all-time. No power cuts issues and water shortage problems. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station is to far away but the issues in lack of parking a special for vehicles and traffic jams are literally very high. But overall this is very good locality for stay here. read more

KR puram happens to be a critical junction in Bangalore nowadays.its the entry point to the Bangalore from east side.there is metro connectivity and railway station. kR puram features parks and recreational area that promote outdoor activities and a healthy lifestyle .these provide a refreshing escape from the urban hustle.the locality has a strong sense of community with festival and events bringing residents together . read more

Things need improvement

while there are transportation options,they may not always be reliable or frequent making it difficult for residents who rely on public transport for commuting. while there are parks , the overall availability of green space is limited . as more residential complexes are constructed , natural areas may be reduced,impacting recreational opportunities . read more

Good things here

KR Puram is also known as Krishnarajapuram, located in East Bengaluru. It's well connected to main city via Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Old Madras Road. It has better greenery and trees than other localities. It has sufficient streets lights, beautiful parks and a small lake. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, hygienic and peaceful. It is very close to schools, colleges, IT Tech parks, hospitals, metro station, railway station, banks, restaurants, hotels etc. The area has enough cctv cameras installed and has a nearby police station which makes it safer for women and children especially during night. It's best and friendly community to live comfortable life. read more

Things need improvement

Regular traffic jams and frequent shortage of water especially during peak summer season is a major concern. As it's rapidly growing area so cost of living can also create affordability issues to some people. Also roads are not so cleaned and sometimes it's not even maintained regularly too. read more

Good things here

The people in this area are friendly and helpful. There is a reliable supply of water and electricity. Grocery stores are within walking distance, and malls and markets are conveniently located within a 5-kilometer radius. Excellent schools, such as Elixir, are nearby, along with a public lake park for fitness and recreation. The locality is consistently clean hygienic, with a variety of stores available in the vicinity. There is no reported crime, and public services are efficiently provided. read more

Things need improvement

To access public transportation, you need to walk to the main road, and for a bus stop with a wide range of routes, you have to reach the highway. There is no metro connectivity, nor is it expected in the future. Parking is problematic due to the high number of houses, as residents often park along the sides of the roads. Additionally, there are occasional power outages due to issues with the transformer. read more
