Good things here

Connectivity to cab and autos are available if we book Ola or Uber in the vicinity. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very good; they segregate and dispose of waste properly. Shops are available within about 1-2 kilometers from the society. Cleaning of the streets is very good; streets in the society are very clean and well-maintained. Parking areas are very convenient. There are 3 floors for parking, which is very convenient in the society. There are visitor parking facilities. The greenery in the locality is very good and pleasant.

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor in the society; there are a lot of seepage and leakage issues, which is very inconvenient. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available only for the owners, not for the tenants. If we use them as tenants, we have to pay 5000 per month, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation options are not easily accessible from the society, making it very inconvenient. There are no nearby metro stations, which is also very inconvenient.

Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. The area is very peaceful and safe. Hospitals are within a convenient 1-2 km radius from the society. Grocery shops are available inside the society.

Living in this place can be nice because the air is fresh, and there's no pollution. You'll have water and electricity all the time, which is good. But, there are some problems. The water and maintenance bills can be high, and there's no store nearby, so getting things you need every day can be hard. It might also be tough to get around because there's no metro nearby. But, there's a nice club and a big playground where you can relax and have fun. Even though there are some issues, it's still a peaceful and healthy place to live.

There are 14 blocks in the community, which includes an Apollo clinic and a supermarket. Within 2 km, there are schools, hospitals, and a bus stop. The road conditions are good, and there are street lights and ample parking space. Amenities are present but incomplete, such as the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and children's play area. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. The water and power supply are good, and the lift is well-maintained. The surrounding people are helpful and cooperative.
