While our society boasts excellent connectivity and security measures, such as readily available public transportation and CCTV cameras, it unfortunately falls short in some crucial areas. We lack essential amenities like a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and a designated play area for children. Moreover, our construction quality leaves much to be desired, with deteriorating walls and frequent plaster damage. Seepage and leakage issues are common, causing further inconvenience. Since the society was newly built when I lived there, the maintenance and build quality were commendable. I didn't face any issues with seepage or termites in my apartment. Additionally, the neighbors were nice, even though I didn't interact much with anyone; they were all good. read more
