The people in the society are very good, cooperative, and helpful. In addition to this, the connectivity is also quite good around the society. There are schools and hospitals available nearby, and public transport like auto rickshaws and cabs are easily accessible. The roads are of very good quality and don't deteriorate easily. The maintenance of the society is also very good; everything is well maintained, and all amenities are available. Overall, the society doesn't have any issues, but the construction quality related to suicides isn't good because there are always some problems, whether it's about the seepage or water leakage. These homes are designed to provide a comfortable environment while also assisting in the management of daily stressors. Nonetheless, it should be noted that all of this convenience comes at a very fair price. High Street Phoenix Mall is only 11 minutes away by car, BMC Hospital is only 8 minutes away by foot, and Holy Cross School is only 6 minutes away. I loved it here so much, the best decision I made. read more
