Good things here

Having efficient garbage collection, proper segregation, and well-ventilated rooms are essential for a healthy living environment. Additionally, good security measures like CCTV cameras, security guards, and functional elevators contribute to residents' safety and peace of mind. The availability of open spaces for recreational activities and social gatherings fosters a sense of community and promotes a healthy lifestyle. It's wonderful to hear that the people in your society are friendly, understanding, and supportive of each other, making it a pleasant place to live. Celebrating cultural festivals together further strengthens the bonds among residents and adds to the sense of belonging. Lastly, the absence of parking issues is a practical convenience that adds to the overall positive living experience. read more

Things need improvement

Restaurants are very limited around the area. The delivery time is taken a lot if you order from these restaurants. There are very limited good hospitals around the society. There are no online food delivery shops available nearby the society. Food delivery is a big issue around the society. There is a slum area at the back side of the society from where a lot of noise pollution is faced in the society. There are no limitations for them. The area is very hot and polluted area, it becomes a big problem regarding climate changes. The environment is very bad as pollution faced a lot. Sometimes insects and worms are seen from carpet area. Society is not kept clean and maintenance is not done properly. Water supply is a problem as water is not received on time. Immediate actions are not taken by the society if any issues arise. There are very limited buses available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is not available in the society. All are under construction. Plaster fittings are not that good. The construction quality is average. read more

Good things here

Public transport like buses and auto's are available at the walking distance from the society. Online cabs are booked very fast. Street lights are available outside. There are two types of parking in our society one is open and other is basement parking, Neighbors are helpful and cooperative amongst each other and Festival's are celebrated together; Society is pet friendly. We received ample sunlight and proper ventilation in the house. read more

Things need improvement

Parking was a issue for us we wanted open parking and numbers are not alloted as per the flat, we didn;t get the parking in open but instead we got in basement. Maintenance is the biggest issue in the society, Its not hygenic, prevention measure's are never taken for the lift or ever seen serviced, I have never seen anyone working on the lift, there are no CCTV Camera's inside the lifts. Gym equipment are never checked and it not not at all functional. Swimming pool's water is not cleaned on timely basis ever. Clubhouse is not maintained well. There is a kid's playing area which only has swing and caesar. Society is still under builder's and all the money which is collected for the maintenance from our individual meter's; funds are not transferred to the committe member's of the society. And committe member also can't do anything because the money is never given to him till date. That is the reason we had to leave the society and moved to Greater Noida. Maintenance like plumbing, carpentry and electrical issue were never resolved on timely/priority. read more

Lifts are available and well-maintained in the society. CCTV is installed in the corridors for added security. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity in the area is severely lacking, compounded by consistently poor road conditions. Maintenance of buildings is substandard, evident from the lack of painting over the past eight years and overall poor cleanliness. Despite children playing and the presence of elderly residents, cleanliness remains a priority. Improved roads and building renovations are essential, with neighbors' support crucial in addressing these issues. read more

Good things here

The location is pleasant, especially with a beautiful temple area within the society. Overall, it is considered good. The residents are known for being friendly and cooperative, and the society is pet-friendly. Functional CCTV cameras and a reliable security system, complemented by available security guards, contribute to the safety and security of the society. read more

Things need improvement

The metro station is located far from my society, and autos are not easily available. The construction quality of this society is very poor, with ongoing issues of seepage that require repainting. Essential facilities such as a clubhouse and pool are not available. read more
