Good things here

This society was awesome we can easily access schools ,malls ,market,etc. there are small park and tools for exercise, swimming pool,etc . we can feel safe in the society.

the maintenance of society is not good the material which is used to build is not good . maintenance charges is too high. there is frequently power cut.

Good things here

Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside my society. Nearby, I have the convenience of local shops, supermarkets, hospitals, and grocery stores, making it easy to fulfill my daily needs. The ventilation in my flat is excellent, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Our lifts and CCTV systems are installed and functional, contributing to our security and convenience. I appreciate the friendly and cooperative nature of my neighbors, and it's heartening to see how we come together to celebrate festivals.

Things need improvement

The approaching roads to our society are narrow and in poor condition, which can be quite inconvenient. While amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are available within the society, it's unfortunate that they are still not operational. I've noticed that the security guards are not sufficient to ensure our safety, and it's concerning that CCTV cameras had to be installed by the residents themselves. Additionally, the maintenance of our society leaves much to be desired; timely paintings and waterproofing are not conducted, leading to potential issues. One significant concern is the persistent seepage and leakage issues, which often go unresolved by the management despite being brought to their attention. Moreover, the prevalence of stray dogs in the society poses a risk, especially to children who may get scratched or injured.

Good things here

It is located close to old gurgaon. The building is well maintained considering the age. Society is decently big spanning more than 5 acres. There are couple of malls, schools and colleges. The newly constructed express is also close to the society. Airport and railway station are close

Each rsident gets 1 parking slot managing multiple cars becomes difficult. The swimming pool is small and mostly lying empty all the time. The maintenance of greeen space and parking space is average. The balcony grailling are also weak and decoloured.

Good things here

Cabs are easily available. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. club house is available in the society People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals are celebrated together in the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. These are available at a distance. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. Water supply is not good in the society, problems are faced regarding water supply, black water comes out from the taps. Water quality is very dirty in the bathrooms. There is a swimmingpool but it is not functional, water is not filled in the swimmingpool.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Water supply is good in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The constructuion quality is very poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Sometimes The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Paintings are not done on time. The common areas not not maintained and repairings are not done on time by the builders. According to the maintainance charges taken the society is not maintained properly by the workers. Electricity issues are faced a lot, power cuts happens a lot in the society. Power backup is only available for common areas.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society has got precaution measures of disaster safety. Fire estinguisher is present in each floors and blocks of the society. People staying in the society well connected, friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The maintainance is very very poor, inj the last 5 years there have been no proper maintainance in the society. Paintings are not done on time. The pipe remains broken and it is not fixed, it is left like that, the management is very bad in this society. Swimmingpool was promised by the builder but it was never operational, the tiles used in the swimmingpool wall are coming off and it is in a very bad condition. It has been 4 years the swimmingpool is not fixed yet and there is no water in it. If someone will come in this society that person won't feel like it's just 4 years old society, this society looks like 30 year old society because of the worst maintainance.

Good things here

It has been one year since I left the society. It's a affordable a society, management have constructed everything within that frame. people in the society are good and friendly, there's a lot of cultural events that happens inside the societ

Things need improvement

The road outside the society are pretty narrow there is a lot of water logging issue outside and inside the society, whenever it rained they used to face water logging inside the premises of the society as well the maintainace charges of this society are almost the same as any other luxury society but the facilities were not that good at all. the construction quality is very bad,the walls were not made good, there is a lot of seapage issue. once there was a situation where one day it was raining and big quantity of plaster just came out from the balcony, the plaster and fitting quality is not good and maintained. facilities- swimming pool is there but it's unoperational, it never started for any access and there's 2 or 3 slides present in the park but 5 out of 7 days they used to fill up the park area with water and they use to say they are unable to grow the grass there, the park was only accesible for 2 days in a week there is no open space area or club house inside the society. electricity is a big problem, the transformers have lesser capacity as compared to what's needed, pretty much everyday all the nearby areas have got electricity but in this society the electricity is gone for 2 to 3 hours, theres no power backup available in the society the people inside the society have to arrange and got their own power backup
