Sarjapur is a beautiful town. The weather and surroundings of the location are the first things that draw me in. It is a really clean and hygienic environment. All of the streets and roads in our neighborhood are well-kept, clean, and well-decorated. Our neighborhood has a strong public transit system, as well as good schools and hospitals. There have been no power outages or water shortages, which is incredible. me and my family are really glad and happy. read more

In terms of closeness to schools, hospitals, and shopping centers, the location is excellent. It is a secure area to invest in because the value of real estate is unlikely to fall. For the complexes that receive water from Cauvery Stage IV, the supply has improved significantly. There are fine cinemas, reasonable theatres, conference centers, and other cultural attractions that are quite easy to access. There are good coaching institutes for children. There isn't much traffic or pollution in the area. There aren't many stores around, so there's no morning rush. There has been very little crime recorded.
