Film Nagar or Tinsel Town as it is also called, is a locality in western Hyderabad in the Indian State of Telangana. It is known for housing the famous studios of Tollywood and the area majorly encompasses parts of Banjara and Jubilee Hills. The area is where the Telugu movie industry is headquartered while several famous personalities stay here, including Junior NTR, Nagarjuna, Mohan Babu and many others. HITECH City has the nearest MMTS station while TSRTC buses are readily available here. Film Nagar lies within Hyderabad City, in the State of Telangana, and is governed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The languages spoken here include Telugu and English. The coordinates of the area are 17.4160° N, 78.4114° E.
