Good things here

In this neighborhood, there are five sections with groups of people who quickly fix problems when they come up. They're really good at sorting out things like electrical issues, plumbing problems, and fixing things like cabinets and doors. I don't have to worry about traffic problems because I have my own car. There's a shopping center and a school close by, just a short distance away. The streets are well-lit at night, making it safe to walk around. There's plenty of parking available, and the garbage gets picked up every day to keep things clean. We hardly ever have issues with water or electricity, and the elevators work just fine. The buildings look nice because they've been painted well, and there are lots of cool things to do here, like playing basketball, going to the gym, or swimming. Plus, there's a clubhouse, a place for kids to play, and even a community hall for events. Everyone here is really friendly and gets along well. read more

The roads in this neighborhood are not in good shape, which makes it hard to drive around smoothly.

The connectivity in the society is excellent, and the garbage collection is very efficient. Hospitals and other emergency services are located nearby. People in the society are very kind and helpful. The water facility in the society is inadequate. Power backup is something that residents have to arrange on their own, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is poor, leading to many seepage issues. The society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts; it doesn�t have any of these facilities. There are no parks either. Additionally, there is a cow shed in front of the society, and the cows often wander onto the roads, causing chaos and inconvenience. read more

Good things here

I really appreciate living here for several reasons. The elevators are always reliable, which makes life easier. It�s reassuring to have CCTV cameras and a security guard for added safety. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated, and I like how they manage regular garbage collection with segregation. Having designated parking is convenient, and I enjoy using the gym and well-maintained garden. The neighbors are friendly and supportive, and I�m glad we have easy access to autos, cabs, and nearby schools, hospitals, and markets. read more

Unfortunately, dealing with seepage in my top-floor apartment has been a hassle. It�s also disappointing that we don�t have a swimming pool or clubhouse in the society. Despite these issues, everything else about living here is really good. read more
