Things need improvement

There are a few issues that need improvement. Despite the good maintenance overall, there are internal crashes during water supply, and the lack of 24/7 water availability, especially in the summer, can be inconvenient. The construction quality has room for improvement; while the ventilation is good, the plaster is subpar, and issues like seepage and termites have been problematic. There have been some issues reported regarding pet owners, but I haven't experienced this personally. Fixing these problems, particularly the water supply and construction issues, would significantly improve living conditions. read more
