I don't see any need for improvements in our society. I'm genuinely happy with everything we have here. Despite the good maintenance overall, there are internal crashes during water supply, and the lack of 24/7 water availability, especially in the summer, can be inconvenient. There is round-the-clock water and electricity supply, and allocated parking is available for both owners and visitors�in�the�society.
One of the major drawbacks of the society is the monopoly held by the maintenance team. They dictate local services like dish services and internet connections, limiting residents from choosing external providers such as SATA or other connections. There are also concerns about unauthorized access of people within the society. Seepage issues arise annually that affect residents, and when repairs are needed, owners bear the costs while the maintenance team oversees them. A critical change needed in the society is ending the monopoly over internet and TV connections by the maintenance�team.

The only amenity is a play area, but it's underutilized due to the fear of street dog attacks. Additionally, there have been recent issues with dogs, including a security guard being bitten and more than 15 dogs creating safety concerns for children by chasing them. The society's maintenance is not good because garbage collection does not happen on time, resulting in a lot of dirtiness which can lead to diseases. Therefore, I feel that more attention should be given to cleanliness in society, and garbage collection should be done on time with proper cleanliness maintained. Additionally, there is no parking available around the market near the society. This is a big problem as finding parking space becomes difficult, even if we go to the park, parking is not available there either. Furthermore, there are no basic amenities available in the society such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or park. Therefore, even if we go to the park, there is no parking available�there�either.
