Our roads are well-maintained, and functional streetlights contribute to safety, especially at night. Adequate parking space is available within the society premises, easing residents' parking concerns. Residents enjoy access to various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, enhancing our quality of life. The security system is robust, with dedicated security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Elevators are properly installed and maintained for residents' convenience and safety. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed, reflecting proactive management and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Moreover, our community is comprised of decent and educated individuals who contribute to a positive and harmonious living environment. Cultural festivals and events are organized, fostering a sense of community and celebration. Additionally, there are no pet-related issues, further enhancing the peaceful atmosphere of our society.

The average construction quality unfortunately leads to seepage, leakage, and damp issues, impacting the integrity of our living spaces and our overall comfort. Moreover, water logging issues around the society during the rainy season pose further concerns. These issues can not only inconvenience residents but also potentially lead to structural damage and health hazards.

It's a delight to have a children's playground within the society, and amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse offer ample opportunities for both leisure and socialization. The convenience of connectivity is remarkable, with public transport readily available just outside our doorstep. Essential facilities like shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. The roads are well-maintained, streetlights function efficiently, and ample parking space is a boon. Our apartments are free from seepage and leakage issues, ensuring a comfortable living environment with excellent ventilation. With security guards, CCTV cameras, and a robust security system, we feel safe and secure at all times. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed, and the presence of respectful and educated neighbors contributes to a harmonious atmosphere.

I don't see any need for improvements in our society. I'm genuinely happy with everything we have here. It feels like we have all the amenities and facilities we need, and everything is well-maintained. If there are any areas for improvement, I haven't noticed them, and overall, I'm content with our living situation.

The neighbors are mostly very cooperative and helpful, creating a supportive and friendly community. It's great to live in a place where people look out for each other. Overall, I highly recommended this society for its amenities, maintenance, and community.
Things need improvement
There are a few issues that need improvement. Despite the good maintenance overall, there are internal crashes during water supply, and the lack of 24/7 water availability, especially in the summer, can be inconvenient. The construction quality has room for improvement; while the ventilation is good, the plaster is subpar, and issues like seepage and termites have been problematic. There have been some issues reported regarding pet owners, but I haven't experienced this personally. Fixing these problems, particularly the water supply and construction issues, would significantly improve living conditions.

The society is well-connected to highways, ensuring excellent transportation with easy access to auto rickshaws and taxis. The railway station and bus services are also conveniently available. Security is robust with CCTV coverage in all areas, and app-based entry systems are used. Security personnel are present 24/7. All amenities such as swimming pools, children's play areas, and gyms are provided in the society, though tenants may need to pay to use these facilities. The community is friendly and cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated. There is round-the-clock water and electricity supply, and allocated parking is available for both owners and visitors�in�the�society.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawbacks of the society is the monopoly held by the maintenance team. They dictate local services like dish services and internet connections, limiting residents from choosing external providers such as SATA or other connections. There are also concerns about unauthorized access of people within the society. Seepage issues arise annually that affect residents, and when repairs are needed, owners bear the costs while the maintenance team oversees them. A critical change needed in the society is ending the monopoly over internet and TV connections by the maintenance�team.

My experience here is an absolute delight. Our community feels like an extended family, as we come together to celebrate festivals and support each other whenever needed. It makes feel safe to know that we have CCTV cameras and security guards ensuring our safety round the clock. The regular garbage collection system keeps our surroundings clean, and having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. The designated parking spots make life easier for everyone, and the elevators are always in working order. We never have to worry about electricity or water supply, and the construction quality of our homes is top-notch. With no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation, our living spaces are always comfortable. The modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, offering us a space to unwind and stay fit.

One aspect that could be improved is transportation. The traffic congestion in our area often leads to delays and becomes quite frustrating. Better connectivity would make commuting much smoother for all residents.

Transportation options are limited, making it difficult to get around easily. Parking is a concern, with only some owners having allotted spots while others have to use open parking. Maintenance has been lacking, as no painting has been done ever, which is disappointing. The construction quality is problematic, with frequent issues like seepage and termites, and residents have to address these problems themselves. The only amenity is a play area, but it's underutilized due to the fear of street dog attacks. Additionally, there have been recent issues with dogs, including a security guard being bitten and more than 15 dogs creating safety concerns for children by chasing them. This situation needs urgent attention to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

The connectivity around the society is quite good, with well-constructed roads and frequent public transport. The construction quality is also good, and so far, we haven't encountered any issues with water leakage. Additionally, the residents of the society are very good, being friendly and�cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society's maintenance is not good because garbage collection does not happen on time, resulting in a lot of dirtiness which can lead to diseases. Therefore, I feel that more attention should be given to cleanliness in society, and garbage collection should be done on time with proper cleanliness maintained. Additionally, there is no parking available around the market near the society. This is a big problem as finding parking space becomes difficult, even if we go to the park, parking is not available there either. Furthermore, there are no basic amenities available in the society such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or park. Therefore, even if we go to the park, there is no parking available�there�either.

Personal autos aren't readily available outside, limiting transport options. Poor construction quality leads to ongoing issues. Limited visitor parking and slow issue resolution frustrate residents. High maintenance charges add financial burden. Outside roads are in poor condition, affecting traffic. These challenges require urgent attention.
