I find it quite inconvenient not having a supermarket nearby for my daily grocery needs. Having to travel a considerable distance just to buy groceries can be time-consuming and tiring. read more

Power cuts are not a concern as the society has implemented power backup for the entire building, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. There is ample parking available for residents, addressing parking needs effectively. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are well-maintained throughout the society, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Water is available 24/7, providing convenience for residents. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a sense of community among residents who are cooperative and supportive. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained, catering to diverse needs. The roads near the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues, with autos readily available for transportation near the society. read more

There is a minor issue with leakage in the flat, which is being addressed. Inside parking for visitors is not available in the society, necessitating visitors to park their cars outside. read more

The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. There are nearby schools, and the construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leakages, seepage, or termites. Homes have proper ventilation, and each resident has designated parking, with rules diligently followed. Garbage collection is regular, and the water supply is reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and security guards are available. read more
